For example, your home has a fire making you unable to work at your home and you need to rent temporary space on a part-time basis to complete your products. Be careful while handling your client’s property - Do not throw anything out without asking the client for express permission. Properly record and/or take photos of all items belonging to others at the start of the project to accurately account for all property of others in your care.
Set expectations - Discuss all terms with your customer up front and put the terms in writing so that both you and your customer have an understanding of the work to be completed.
Avoid trip and falls - Maintain an area that allows people to pass through without trip and fall hazards such as boxes or loose papers.
